Setting the scene can help accelerate the mood of your event.
And it is the little details that really transform things. You can spend thousands on lighting, food, drink, flowers, props, etc but it is the items your guests handle that they notice. That's what we think about.
Work with Warwick Events and we'll come to see you armed with crates full of choices. Unique choices, just for you and your event.
Details like the style of napkin, the way it is presented (the 'napkin treatment' to use American event terminology); the look and feel of the table settings (or tablescaping - squeezing another US term in!); how drinks and food are served - do they tie in with your theme or blatantly ignore it?
These are just some areas to think about.
Everything should refer back to your theme and objectives.
You might be surprised to hear that this can often SAVE BUDGET too. An autumn event this year had a rustic theme and we added character with fruit, pine cones and plants, which are much cheaper alternatives to flowers.
Follow this advice and you'll set your scene; the event will feel 'right'.
Attendees are automatically at ease.
Next time you're organising an event, immerse your guests in the experience, think about the details and add that personal touch. We guarantee they will love it!
And if you don't have the time, we're always happy to help :)
